Just up the road on our family’s other property in Tuerong, we graze Belted Galloway cattle and Dorset Down sheep, which are both slow-growing heritage breeds with a gentle nature that produce magnificent flavoured meat. The whole animal, nose-to-tail, is sold at our farm gate, so alongside eye fillet, topside roast and lamb cutlets, customers can try delicious lesser-known cuts such as merlot and pope’s eye steak or lamb neck medallions. 

We also transform our meat into an exciting selection of take home meals including beef pies, lasagnes, ragus and even biltong (which is kinda like jerky, but more delicious).
