Farm Gate / Cool Room Team PLAYER

Start the New Year by building a long-term role within a supportive team and surrounded by beautiful local produce. We are seeking a reliable, hard-working, produce-loving person who is genuinely looking to settle into a role and grow with our farm gate business. The role will begin as a casual position with the opportunity to move into a permanent part time or full time role for the right applicant.

This is a hands-on position for someone who values consistency, teamwork and pride in their work. The role includes delivering exceptional customer service, developing a strong understanding of local produce, creating eye-catching produce displays, receiving and rotating stock in the cool room, and learning about nose-to-tail meat production.

As a 7-day-a-week business, the role will include some weekend work. We are specifically looking for someone who is ready to make a long-term commitment and become an integral part of our business. For the right person, this role offers stability, skill development and genuine career progression.
